Elizabeth Frase

Elizabeth Frase began her vocal studies at Westminster Choir College in 1993. She sang in the Westminster Choir with Joseph Flummerfelt for four years (and performed under such conductors as Ricardo Mutti, Kurt Masur and Helmut Rilling). She had her first solo performance after graduation at Carnegie Hall under the baton of John Rutter. In recent years, Ms. Frase has participated in many recordings, primarily in the genre of church music. In 2019, one of the projects she participated in, The Divine Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom by Kurt Sander, was nominated for a Grammy Award for “Best Choral Performance.” Elizabeth resides near Columbus, OH with her husband, Father Stephen Frase and their two daughters, Nina and Lydia.
